Senior Data & AI Analyst

Location: Onsite in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru, Malaysia

What you will do

• Query, clean, and analyze business data using Python, pandas, NumPy, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, executive insights, semantic models, business metrics, and governed analytical datasets.
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled analytics use cases and value cases across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
• Build and evaluate GenAI and LLM use cases for summarization, question answering, classification, and insight generation.
• Design AI-agent use cases for report generation, data queries, alerts, and business workflows, then validate and improve agent outputs.
• Partner with engineering teams to deploy and maintain enterprise AI agents and decision-support solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, or AI-enabled analytics, including agentic AI design and development.
• Advanced SQL, Power BI, data visualization, and end-to-end data analysis skills.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Experience designing, testing, or supporting AI agents with platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or Microsoft Fabric Data Agents.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud analytics ecosystems, including AWS Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure AI Foundry, and semantic data models.
• Ability to work onsite in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Awareness of emerging agentic AI trends, multi-agent architectures, and AI governance practices.
• Experience developing business-facing semantic layers and retrieval-ready datasets for Copilot, Fabric Data Agents, and agentic AI solutions.
