What you will do
- Lead the digital transformation of EQS processes across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for predictive quality management, hazard identification, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Build digital tools, dashboards, reporting solutions, and platforms using data-driven approaches.
- Analyze EHS and Quality workflows and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Align digitalized processes with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and governance requirements.
- Provide user training, change management support, and stakeholder engagement across countries and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Python, machine learning, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Interest in applying digital technology, automation, and AI to operational, quality, and safety challenges.
