Quality Manager, Assembly (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite at the Centennial facility

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annual base salary

hirify.global develops and manufactures jet propulsion systems using additive manufacturing for unmanned aerial defense and other defense applications.

What you will do

• Manage daily quality operations, workforce planning, priorities, and department resources for assembly manufacturing.
• Lead quality professionals, supervisors, technicians, and inspectors responsible for product and process quality.
• Develop quality standards, procedures, control systems, inspection plans, and documentation aligned with AS9100, ISO9001, and customer requirements.
• Establish and mature APQP activities, including control plans, inspection strategies, and quality planning.
• Monitor quality metrics, lead root cause investigations and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage internal, customer, and third-party audits while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 8 years of related quality, manufacturing, or engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, AS9100, ISO9001, APQP, control plans, root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements and lead cross-functional quality initiatives.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with production quality, new product introduction, customer and regulatory audits, quality software, MES, or digital quality tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or another process improvement certification.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense programs or integrating quality systems after acquisitions.
