HR Generalist

Location: Glasgow, Kentucky, USA; onsite presence required with frequent flexibility to cover off shifts

What you will do

• Support employee relations activities, issue resolution, policy interpretation, documentation, and confidential employee information handling.
• Guide employees and managers on HR policies, performance management, coaching support, and employment processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including logistics and required employment documentation.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting activities, hiring managers, recruiting metrics, and candidate records.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, HR documentation, and HR metrics reporting.
• Support benefits administration, audits, compliance reviews, and the Compliance Management System.

Requirements

• Must report onsite in Glasgow, Kentucky, and frequently cover off shifts.
• Experience supporting employee relations, HR processes, employee records, and documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information appropriately.
• Ability to support compliance with employment laws, company policies, internal procedures, and product compliance requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate HRIS data and support reporting, audits, and documentation requests.
