Head of Launch (AI/PropTech)

Location: UK-based, with nationwide travel required for more than 50% of working time; company based in London, UK.

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for residential lettings, combining real-world agency data, software, and operational workflows across more than 15,000 properties.

What you will do

• Design, document, and continuously improve playbooks, tooling, and metrics for integrating small and mid-size acquired lettings agencies.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance, trading P&L, people management, and early synergy capture of acquired businesses awaiting integration.
• Lead multiple integration and client migration projects, including data transfer, process migration, onboarding communications, and administrative consolidation.
• Build frameworks for completion-day communications, talent retention, employee transitions, agency performance baselining, and customer experience improvement.
• Hire, develop, and coach Launch Managers and Launch Associates as the acquisition pipeline scales.
• Launch the partner platform-as-a-service offering, improve the integrations framework with the product team, and deputise for the Director of Launch.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a senior operator, including significant experience in venture-backed, high-growth businesses.
• Proven experience launching and scaling markets, functions, or business lines from zero, including market entry or post-acquisition integration.
• Experience building and leading teams through rapid growth, including hiring and developing managers.
• Track record of creating scalable operating processes and playbooks that can be executed repeatedly.
• Experience owning trading P&L across a multi-site portfolio, combined with a structured, analytical, and data-driven approach.
• Must be UK-based and willing to travel nationwide for more than 50% of working time.
