Fuel ETRP Rotational Graduate Program 2027 (Biotechnology)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; the program includes three rotations and willingness to relocate to other Operations Sites for future opportunities.

Salary: Base salary plus discretionary annual bonus; compensation is listed in EUR.

• Complete complex assignments and tasks across three rotations.
• Learn new topics, work areas, and functions quickly while meeting milestones and expectations.
• Apply agility and flexibility when transitioning between rotations.
• Understand how individual work contributes to business strategies and goals.
• Use data and insights to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or another relevant discipline from an accredited college or university by July 2027.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and management levels.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to relocate to other Operations Sites for future career opportunities.

Nice to have

• Leadership demonstrated through extracurricular or work experience.
• Experience in biopharma, manufacturing, engineering, or with hirify.global.
• Minimum preferred GPA of 3.20.
• Basic understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.
