Senior BIM Coordinator (BIM)

Location: Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, or surrounding Leinster locations, Ireland

Salary: €70,000–€90,000 per year plus benefits

Mechanical engineering contractor delivering complex mechanical and building services projects across Ireland, including pharmaceutical, data centre, healthcare, commercial, and industrial developments.

What you will do

• Lead BIM coordination across multiple large-scale projects.
• Manage model federation, clash detection, coordinated models, and BIM deliverables.
• Develop BIM execution plans, project workflows, and documentation.
• Support design and construction teams with model-based project delivery.
• Chair coordination meetings with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven BIM coordination experience in construction, building services, mechanical contracting, or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services coordination.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects, clash detection, and model coordination.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, project workflows, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading BIM personnel.
