Buyside Solution Specialist (AI)

Location: Singapore, Singapore, Asia Square Tower 2; coverage of Southeast Asia

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the portfolio lifecycle, supporting sales, consulting, and clients with technical questions.
• Work on opportunities brought by sales and business development colleagues and manage an assigned account book with quarterly coverage and annual growth targets.
• Qualify client needs and build product demonstrations that address technical and business requirements.
• Take AI solutions such as Portfolio Analytics MCP, Portfolio Commentary, and FPE Intelligence to market.
• Engage department heads, team leads, and C-suite stakeholders to communicate the value of portfolio solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce records, share expertise across the team, and route client feedback to product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of buy-side experience or experience selling to buy-side organizations.
• Working knowledge of portfolio analytics and related calculations, including attribution, performance measurement, risk models, and fixed income.
• Daily use of AI for research, analysis, client materials, and RFPs, with examples of solutions or materials built.
• Experience earning client trust, identifying opportunities within accounts, and managing multiple live projects.
• Knowledge of competing platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, and MSCI.
• Ability to work with heads of departments, team leads, and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, economics, finance, or mathematics.
• CFA, CIPM, FRM, or CAIA qualification completed or in progress.
