Director, Project Management - New Business

What you will do

• Partner with Growth and New Business leads to turn client opportunities into clear proposals.
• Manage proposal lifecycles from brief through submission, coordinating senior cross-functional stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Design staffing structures and delivery models with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Delivery teams.
• Coordinate Finance and Procurement stakeholders on vendor onboarding, commercial terms, and budget approvals.
• Present commercial proposals covering operational scope, staffing models, and deliverables to prospective clients.
• Coordinate multi-market budgets, logistics, time zones, and cross-border resourcing, then transition winning proposals to Client Partner and Production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and production environments.
• Understanding of social media channels, creative development, and asset creation processes.
• Experience owning complex, multi-stream projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and people-management skills.
• Experience with budget development and contract or SOW writing.
• U.K. work authorisation is required.
