Solutions Engineering Intern (SaaS)

What you will do

• Verify and maintain technical demo environments for RMM, backup, and HaloPSA, identifying configuration errors and ensuring platform readiness.
• Document standard configurations and help establish a consistent technical baseline for the Solutions Engineering department.
• Consolidate and organize technical resources in the SharePoint knowledge hub.
• Monitor the SE Process Change Log, identify workflow bottlenecks, and support process improvements.
• Manage the internal ticketing queue by categorizing requests and routing them to the appropriate subject matter experts.
• Prepare technical documentation and templates, while supporting administrative and scheduling activities for customer-segment operations.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an engineering school, master's program, or similar program, with an internship requirement.
• Strong interest in IT concepts including SaaS, networks, and security.
• Interest in structured project and process management.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
• Basic familiarity with Office 365; training will be provided for Salesforce and ticketing systems.
• Empathy, patience, and a collaborative approach to working with technical and sales stakeholders.
