hirify.global is hiring for a finance role focused on business performance analysis, financial planning, and reporting.

What you will do

• Prepare financial analyses, models, forecasts, expense targets, and business performance plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management on budgets, business cases, risks, assumptions, and variances.
• Analyze financial and operational data, market trends, performance gaps, and relevant historical and expected developments.
• Manage financial control structures, monitor risks of financial misstatement, and improve reporting transparency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for senior and executive management.
• Develop processes, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus 2 years of finance experience, or 4 years of finance experience.
• Experience with financial and quantitative analysis, structured financial and market datasets, data validation, and analytical dataset maintenance.
• Experience developing financial models and forecasts, performing statistical, trend, risk, and exposure analysis, and supporting budgeting and variance analysis.
• Experience preparing analytical reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and developing KPIs.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and analytical workflows.
• Experience using VBA to automate data preparation, calculations, and analytical processes.
