Senior Analyst - Financial Analysis

What you will do

• Lead and support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning for the OneTech portfolio and assigned cost centers.
• Develop forecasts for IT cost drivers, including outside labor, software, cloud services, infrastructure, and professional services.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results, identifying risks, opportunities, and variance drivers.
• Partner with IT leaders on resource planning, technology investments, vendor commitments, and cost optimization.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, management reporting, and financial outlook updates.
• Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, dashboards, and executive recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant analytical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, or related areas.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including communication with senior leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, financial analysis, and manipulation of large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn emerging technologies, tools, and automation capabilities.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, management reporting, cost-benefit analysis, or data mining.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar analytics tools.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities or experience implementing AI in business.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and business partners.
