Finance Analyst Associate (Finance)

Salary: $51,400–$79,200 per year

What you will do

• Support general accounting functions, account reconciliations, journal entries, and the month-end close process.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, forecasts, budgets, and analysis for management and business partners.
• Analyze and report business-unit performance to support fact-based decision-making.
• Support cost accounting, customer financing, inventory, disbursements, and property, plant, and equipment processes.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements.
• Support continuous improvement projects, systems, processes, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Hagerstown, Maryland location and perform primarily seated, visual, typing, and communication-based duties.
