Finance Manager

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations of the corporate FP&A team, setting priorities and providing guidance.
• Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting for regional locations and corporate departments.
• Develop financial models, labor forecasts, and scenario plans to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Present financial results, projections, and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with teams across the organization to influence decisions and support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• All positions are on-site at the Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.
