Staff Product Manager

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 811 Excellence Dr

Salary: $117,146–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, prioritization, rollouts, and MVP-based optimization.
• Research customer needs, create customer journey maps, identify process touchpoints, and improve product experiences.
• Use SQL, data visualization, exploratory data analysis, KPIs, and A/B testing to guide product decisions.
• Lead user acceptance testing and validate product and feature outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess feasibility, manage risks, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build stakeholder consensus, communicate product strategy, and identify innovation and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of product management or related experience; or bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience.
• Experience with SQL, product and feature analytics, data analysis, and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Experience designing and implementing exploratory data analysis to derive product insights.
• Experience with customer requirements research, journey mapping, product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and MVP delivery.
• Experience with UAT, A/B testing, KPI-based optimization, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint planning.
