Senior Technical Product Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $141,000–$225,000 per year, plus potential 401(k), equity grant, and annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for inbound planning products across 13 core fulfillment centers.
• Lead the transition from manually coordinated 13-week planning workflows to scalable, automated, science-based solutions.
• Translate operational and business challenges into product requirements, technical capabilities, use cases, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams throughout discovery, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies across replenishment, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment center operations teams.
• Track product impact through KPIs covering planning quality, network health, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, operations research, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical product manager or in a comparable product role.
• Experience owning complex technical roadmaps from strategy through execution.
• Experience translating complex operational challenges into scalable technical products and clear requirements.
• Experience working with engineering and data science teams and agile development processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain planning, inbound logistics, inventory, transportation, labor planning, or fulfillment technology.
• SQL and data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of forecasting, simulation, machine learning, scheduling, or network optimization.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
• Experience replacing manual planning processes with automated, data-driven decision-making.
