Product Manager, Kitchen Sequencing + Optimization (Logistics)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $193,500–$203,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for kitchen sequencing and optimization.
• Own sequencing features from scope definition and prioritization through deployment and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations researchers to improve sequencing algorithms, simulator capabilities, and data pipelines.
• Analyze trade-offs between expo sit time, throughput, and customer promise time to define effective solutions and roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with operations, kitchen display teams, analysts, and field teams to improve forecasting, process adherence, and courier hand-off time.
• Lead agile scrum rituals and manage product requirements, bugs, JIRA tickets, and feature rollouts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product ownership experience.
• Experience working with data science and machine learning projects or optimization products.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background and ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Constant attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, ETA, kitchen operations, robotics-integrated environments, or kitchen automation.
• Experience with operations research techniques and simulations.
• SQL and Python skills.
