Product Manager, Supply Chain Solutions

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite testing and rollout work at fulfillment centers across the U.S., with potential travel to the UK and Canada. Travel is expected 25% of the time, including at least quarterly travel to Boston.

Annual base salary: $143,000–$154,000 per year, excluding potential equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and implement next-generation fulfillment software solutions.
• Scale the Manhattan Warehouse Management System across the fulfillment network.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, technology, industrial engineering, and network management teams.
• Define requirements, manage risks and roadblocks, and drive onsite technology delivery at fulfillment centers.
• Partner with vendors on software build-versus-buy decisions and define the capabilities to maintain in-house or outsource.
• Develop the long-term product roadmap and communicate with stakeholders about business trends and new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related field, or equivalent supply chain operations experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain, program management, and/or product management.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, strong communication skills, and senior-level presence.
• Ability to work onsite at fulfillment centers and travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Product management experience or equivalent capabilities.
• Experience in a physical operations environment.
• SQL experience.
