Senior Web Application Engineer - IL (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop the next generation of a web-based cancer diagnostics application.
• Build complex user interfaces and reusable web components.
• Develop web backend modules and APIs.
• Collaborate with R&D, product managers, and external resources.
• Solve technical challenges involving performance, architecture, design, and problem-solving.
• Own features from design through implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack engineer.
• Proven experience building high-scale, complex user interfaces with Vue, Angular, or React.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6, HTML, and CSS.
• Server-side development and API experience with Node.js or Python, including frameworks such as Express, Nest, Flask, or Django.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently on complex challenges and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience writing tests.
• Linux Shell or other scripting experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including AWS, Jenkins, or Docker.
• Experience building web platform products in healthcare.
