Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services with NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Python.
• Own API design, service contracts, versioning, authentication, authorization, and secure integrations.
• Design data models and database schemas, optimize queries, and implement caching and asynchronous processing with queues, jobs, and events.
• Lead backend technical decisions, architecture, code quality, testing, observability, scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and data/AI teams on React applications, API contracts, user experience, and technical solutions.
• Use and improve AI-assisted development workflows with tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT.

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS; Python or an equivalent backend framework is also relevant.
• Solid working proficiency in React and modern frontend fundamentals, including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with scalable backend architecture, data modeling, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of API design, authentication flows, distributed-system tradeoffs, performance, reliability, security, testing, and observability.
• Hands-on experience validating and improving AI-generated code, prompt engineering for development workflows, and effective collaboration in fast iteration environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or BI tools.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, streaming or real-time data patterns, query optimization, or LLM API integrations.
