Supply Chain Buyer & Planner (Supply Chain/Manufacturing): Managing customer orders, production schedules, material purchasing, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on delivery feasibility, inventory control, and supplier performance. Focus on balancing customer requirements with production capacity, resolving supply and quality risks, and improving on-time delivery.
Location: Liberec, Liberecky Kraj, Czech Republic; hybrid working model.

What you will do
- Manage customer orders, confirmations, delivery feasibility, and production schedules.
- Issue production work orders, coordinate priorities, and monitor the order book for delivery risks.
- Source materials and components and create purchase orders based on MRP recommendations.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quality, cost, delivery, material implementation, and engineering changes.
- Track supplier performance and support continuous improvement, on-time delivery, and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and other teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree.
- Strong organizational, communication, computer, and systems skills.
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, and work proactively.
- Experience in production planning, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management is a plus.
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
