Operations Manager (Manufacturing): Leading day-to-day plant operations across manufacturing, logistics, quality, planning, and technology during a major relocation and transition to a new manufacturing model with an accent on KPI performance, productivity, material flows, and team leadership. Focus on managing the plant move, preparing processes for operational transformation, and developing managers across a growing organization.
Location: Czech Republic; plant relocating to new premises in Blučina. Hybrid arrangement with an option to work from home.

What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day functioning and performance of the manufacturing plant.
- Coordinate manufacturing, logistics, quality, planning, and technology operations.
- Set strategic priorities and convert them into action plans and measurable results.
- Own KPIs covering safety, quality, delivery, productivity, costs, and resource utilization.
- Lead the plant relocation and prepare processes for the new manufacturing model.
- Develop the management team, improve material flows, reduce waste, and strengthen operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven people leadership.
- At least 5 years of experience managing managers is preferred.
- Experience across manufacturing, planning, quality, logistics, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, budgets, productivity, costs, and resource utilization.
- Very high Czech fluency is essential.
- English at minimum C1 level is required for communication with international teams and partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
- University degree in a technical or economic field; relevant experience may substitute.
