Senior S&OP Analyst (E-Commerce)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two Home Office days

What you will do

• Own the daily and weekly group demand forecast for orders, SKU-per-order, and intraday demand shapes across markets, fulfillment centers, and planning horizons.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Build demand review packs and scenario models for the S&OP cycle, including quantified upside and downside cases.
• Translate demand forecasts into inventory, warehouse workload, labor, throughput, and delivery requirements.
• Automate manual forecasting routines in collaboration with BI and Engineering teams.
• Prepare executive decision-support analysis and coordinate forecast inputs with Market Planning, Category, Marketing, Fulfillment, Last Mile, and BI teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, or Business Analytics.
• Hands-on ownership of a recurring forecast in a high-velocity retail, e-commerce, logistics, or operational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting methodologies, scenario modeling, and forecast accuracy metrics.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and SQL or equivalent experience querying large datasets independently.
• Ability to define tooling improvements, drive automation, and communicate analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Prague with regular office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience in online grocery or fresh and perishable goods retail.
• Exposure to an established S&OP or IBP cycle.
• Experience translating demand forecasts into labor, fulfillment, or transport requirements.
• Python or similar scripting and automation experience.
• Czech or Slovak language knowledge.
