What you will do
- Receive and confirm customer orders.
- Manage orders through the delivery process and communicate with customers.
- Coordinate carriers and handle transport-related inquiries.
- Support shipping and invoicing activities.
- Participate in implementing new order management tools and improving administrative processes.
Requirements
- Secondary or university education in economics or a technical field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Communicative English.
- Good PC and MS Office skills.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
