Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack

Location: Vancouver, Canada

Salary: CAD 173,400–238,350 per year, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and regional benefits.

What you will do

• Build robust, scalable, and user-friendly full-stack products that simplify insights from data.
• Partner with product management to deliver customer-focused product experiences.
• Shape front-end architecture and user experience across the full product scope.
• Contribute to products involving log analytics, AI/BI, business semantics, or Databricks Apps.
• Develop systems that operate across large-scale data processing pipelines and distributed infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Angular, Vue, or Ember.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, user experience, design, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience developing large-scale distributed systems and delivering incremental outcomes toward a multi-year product vision.
