Commercial Attorney (Legal AI)

What you will do

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and contract revisions.
• Apply expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality legal writing while working independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Strong contract review, analytical, legal writing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Sound legal judgment and expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining.
