Corporate Counsel, Commercial & Employment

hirify.global is building an AI-powered health platform that combines laboratory testing, medical imaging, longitudinal data, and clinical guidance to help members understand and improve their health.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, partnership, services, SaaS, technology, licensing, confidentiality, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, People, Finance, and Operations on commercial relationships, legal risk, and business objectives.
• Support employment-related matters, including employee relations, policies, performance, separations, and day-to-day employment questions.
• Translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance and identify emerging legal risks.
• Develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, policies, approval frameworks, and scalable legal processes.
• Coordinate with outside counsel when specialized expertise is required.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Approximately 5+ years of sophisticated legal experience, including commercial transactions.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements independently from review through execution.
• Experience advising on employment matters and supporting fast-paced, high-growth technology businesses.
• Strong legal judgment, communication skills, cross-functional partnership skills, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to use technology, including AI-enabled tools, to improve legal efficiency and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, technology, SaaS, or consumer businesses.
• Experience with enterprise customers, strategic partnerships, technology, data, privacy, product counseling, or healthcare regulatory matters.
• Experience building contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval frameworks, or other scalable legal processes.
• Experience using a contract lifecycle management system and working closely with People teams.
