Senior Enterprise Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate customer business requirements into secure, scalable hirify.global solution architectures.
• Design high-level and low-level architectures, technical specifications, implementation plans, and architecture diagrams.
• Develop and maintain reference architectures and technical standards for direct and partner-led deployments.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and level-of-effort estimates with project managers and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, proof-of-concept projects, workshops, troubleshooting, and post-sales delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, customer success, customers, and partners to support solution adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• IT experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery.
• Deep expertise in data protection, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and container security in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V, cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and storage systems.
• Experience leading transformation projects for large enterprise customers, with knowledge of networking, security, compliance frameworks, and IT governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or an equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
• hirify.global VMCE certification.
• Automation and scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure deployments and database administration.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive innovation.
