hirify.global is hiring for a legal AI training and evaluation project.

What you will do

  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts, including simulated negotiations.
  • Evaluate AI responses to contract-related legal scenarios.
  • Develop objective criteria for assessing AI performance.
  • Provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
  • Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
  • Expertise in contract drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
