What you will do

Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts through simulated exercises.
Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
Develop clear criteria for assessing AI performance.
Provide legal and practical feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.
Collaborate with research and product teams on legal AI workflows.

Requirements

At least 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
Expertise in contract negotiation, redlining, drafting, and legal analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback and work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
