Legal AI Advisor, EMEA (Legal AI)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers in law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public-sector organizations.
• Understand legal workflows and lead product demonstrations connecting hirify.global’s AI capabilities to practical legal use cases.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Support onboarding, training, workflow transformation, and sustained adoption of AI solutions.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams and contribute to playbooks and scalable engagement assets.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable guidance for legal professionals and internal teams.

Requirements

• Active admission and good standing to practice law in at least one EMEA jurisdiction; an academic law degree alone is not sufficient.
• At least 3 years of legal practice experience in a law firm or in-house legal team; litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, including litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including hirify.global aiR, and curiosity about AI’s impact on legal work.
• Ability to work effectively in client-facing, cross-functional, and fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in client advisory, legal technology, or business development.
