Senior Product Specialist (LAN/WLAN and AIOps Observability)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home

What you will do

• Support the product lifecycle for LAN/WLAN and AIOps Observability products and services.
• Conduct market, competitive, customer feedback, usage-data, and operational-data analyses.
• Translate customer needs into prioritised backlog items, product requirements, and roadmap updates.
• Track development plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications for new and evolving products.
• Maintain product documentation and prepare analytics reports, business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market inputs.
• Support enterprise and government tenders as a subject-matter contributor and engage stakeholders in continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical, or pre-sales roles.
• Experience with LAN/WLAN and/or AIOps observability in a B2B environment.
• Working knowledge of networking technologies and current IT trends.
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate or an equivalent product development methodology.
• Ability to analyse commercial and numerical data, present clear ideas, and gain stakeholder buy-in across functions.
• Basic experience coordinating virtual or cross-functional workstreams.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales experience and exposure to platform products, automation, operational intelligence, or observability solutions.
• Experience in the telecom or air transport technology industries.
• Knowledge of airline and airport industry trends and innovations.
