About the Role

You will define and execute the global in-person payments product strategy, align cross-functional roadmaps, and lead product managers and product leaders. You will present roadmaps to strategic customers, shape product vision, and drive AI- and ML-powered product initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology industry experience
• 12+ years in senior product leadership roles
• Product organization leadership experience
• Technical architecture knowledge
• Hardware and software product experience
• Payments or fintech leadership experience
• AI and machine learning product initiative experience
• AI agents, copilots, and/or embedded machine learning models

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global in-person payments product strategy
• Align cross-functional roadmaps and deliver high-impact products
• Lead, mentor, and scale product managers and product leaders
• Present product roadmaps to strategic customers
• Gather customer needs and guide customers on product vision
• Lead AI- and ML-powered product initiatives
