Senior Product Manager - Digital Investment Products (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead proposition development and continuous improvement across digital investment products.
• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and performance data into product priorities and business cases.
• Define product visions, roadmaps, customer journeys, and actionable business requirements.
• Lead initiatives from opportunity identification and solution definition through development, launch, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Digital Sales, Marketing, Risk, IT, customer experience specialists, engineers, and delivery partners.
• Shape brokerage, pension investing, child investing, and pension payout propositions for customers in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead complex, long-term product or proposition programmes involving multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong proposition development and lifecycle management skills from customer problem definition through launch and optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of pension investing and/or brokerage.
• Experience translating customer research and journey insights into intuitive digital solutions.
• Experience bridging business and technology, including defining requirements with engineering and platform teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including competitive analysis, pricing, benchmarking, and business cases.
