Luxury Furniture Product Specialist (Retail)

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite physical retail store

Salary: USD 20.00–21.50 per hour, plus substantial quarterly sales and prospecting bonuses

What you will do

• Provide an authentic, inviting guest experience aligned with luxury design and customer satisfaction standards.
• Drive in-store sales by building personalized customer relationships and understanding guest needs.
• Become an expert on Perigold products and services, guiding customers through product options in-store and online.
• Educate guests on purchasing through the point-of-sale system, website, and store application, and confidently close sales.
• Collaborate with the Design team by generating and referring leads and supporting product inquiries.
• Support store operations, including product processing, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience required; design-related or luxury sales experience is advantageous.
• Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High proficiency in verbal and written communication, multitasking, and presentation skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time management.
• Ability to perform frequent movement, stooping, kneeling, crouching, handling, and repetitive motions, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
