Head of Analog Design (Executive)

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term analog design strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and teams across global locations.
• Oversee the analog IC development lifecycle from concept through production readiness.
• Drive technology innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Build strategic partnerships with design houses, universities, foundries, OSATs, and ecosystem partners.
• Manage budgets, resources, capability development, organizational growth, technology roadmaps, and business cases.

Requirements

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable field.
• Long-term experience in semiconductor and integrated circuit development.
• Experience managing substantial budgets, resources, and organizational growth.
• Track record of bringing complex semiconductor products to mass production and building high-performing engineering organizations.
• Significant leadership experience in international R&D organizations and geographically distributed teams.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
