Field CISO APAC (Cybersecurity)

Location: Conditions state Singapore; the role description states London with at least two days per week in the office

Base salary: $220,000–$250,000 per year, plus benefits and possible incentive plans

What you will do

• Advise CISOs, CTOs, and board-level stakeholders at strategic APAC accounts.
• Guide customers through human risk management, insider risk, Incydr deployment, AI agent risk, and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance programs across APAC and related markets.
• Represent hirify.global at major cybersecurity conferences and contribute to whitepapers, research reports, and opinion pieces.
• Partner with sales on security-sensitive enterprise deals and support expansion within existing accounts.
• Feed customer insights to product and engineering teams and contribute to the CISO Customer Advisory Board.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise information security experience, including at least 3 years as a CISO, VP of Security, or equivalent senior security leader.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and board audiences.
• Exposure to multiple APAC sub-regions and demonstrated cross-cultural fluency.
• Advanced certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, GCEIT, or an equivalent GIAC certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent senior-level experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to work as a self-directed Director-level individual contributor.
