Field CISO APAC (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore, with at least two days per week in the office; customer coverage spans APAC.

Base salary: $220,000–$250,000 per year plus benefits.

What you will do

• Advise CISOs, CTOs, and board-level stakeholders at strategic APAC accounts on human risk management programmes.
• Guide customers through insider risk strategy, Incydr deployment, AI agent risk, enterprise risk frameworks, audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Represent hirify.global at major APAC security conferences and build a credible public profile through whitepapers, research, and opinion pieces.
• Partner with sales on security-sensitive enterprise deals and support expansion within existing accounts.
• Feed customer insights to product and engineering, including gaps in human risk capabilities, AI governance, and compliance evidence.
• Contribute to the CISO Customer Advisory Board and regional security communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise information security leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a CISO, VP of Security, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent senior security leadership experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Advanced certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, GCEIT, or an equivalent GIAC certification.
• Credibility engaging and influencing C-suite and board audiences.
• Experience across multiple APAC sub-regions with genuine cross-cultural fluency.
• Ability to operate independently as a Director-level individual contributor.
