About the Role

You will build frontend and backend features and take them from problem definition through production. You will scope, test, ship, and review code, collaborate with customer-facing and product colleagues, and talk with users to understand what to build.

Requirements

• Strong coding ability, including reading unfamiliar codebases, finding bugs, and writing maintainable code
• Experience working in a startup, early-stage company, or low-structure environment
• Ability to understand user problems before building solutions
• Written and verbal communication with engineers, product managers, and customers
• Based in the Netherlands or the EU

Responsibilities

• Build frontend and backend features
• Develop React components, REST API endpoints, and database designs
• Take features from problem definition through scoping, building, testing, and production
• Work with customer success, sales, product teams, and users to understand requirements
• Write tested, readable code
• Review code and provide honest feedback
