What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for web and mobile applications.
• Oversee proposed technical solutions to ensure they meet long-term business objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions to improve system performance.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of tier 3 support.
• Participate in monthly spike days to collaborate on creative technical projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada
• Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming on a product.
• Experience with component-based JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in highly collaborative teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with trunk-based development and continuous delivery paradigms.
• Experience working with AI coding agents and tools for planning, building, and testing.
• Prior experience with Salesforce ISV development.
