What you will do

• Implement and promote SAFe practices and principles across the organization.
• Coach teams and individuals on Agile methodologies, SAFe practices, team dynamics, and performance.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, PI Planning, training sessions, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate communication between development teams, the Release Train Engineer, Product Owners, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Track Agile metrics, report PI progress, identify risks and dependencies, and remove impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and the adoption of lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics and using data to drive improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; willingness to travel and work in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, or a similar certification.
