Project Manager

Location: Belarus, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, or Serbia

Salary: EUR 1,600–3,650 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate daily activities, team communication, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Plan tasks, priorities, milestones, resources, and workload distribution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.

Requirements

• Technical background with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking, accountability, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and project management practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with fixed-fee projects and running delivery from pre-sale through production rollout.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Experience with SAP, Dynamics, or Salesforce.
