Associate Project Manager II (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote - Romania; travel to client sites is required for meetings and user training.

What you will do

• Support cross-functional project teams delivering IRT solutions for clinical trials.
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements, resolve issues, provide status updates, and answer questions.
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, proposals, and client discussions.
• Document requirements and support specification reviews and updates.
• Manage project schedules, scope, milestones, team assignments, and client tasks.
• Create UAT plans, develop test scripts, coordinate data setup, provide post-go-live support, and train end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; life sciences or computer science is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Based in Romania and able to travel to client sites for meetings and training.
