Integration Team Lead (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania. Hybrid work is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 work-from-home days per year.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of client integrations and software solutions from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Manage international client relationships, senior stakeholders, internal development teams, and third-party vendors.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and delivery plans for multiple concurrent integrations.
• Track risks, issues, quality, compliance, delivery metrics, and project governance while proposing practical solutions.
• Lead a team of Integration Managers or coordinators through direction, workload allocation, coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Promote lean agile delivery, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and effective resolution of delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex software or iGaming integrations on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience with lean agile delivery approaches in software development.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a client-facing B2B environment and working with globally distributed teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external technical partners.
• Prior line management or people leadership experience in a delivery or integration function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, payments, or regulated B2B platforms.
• Project, programme, or agile certifications such as PMP, MSP, or Certified Scrum Master.
