TL;DR
Technical Scrum Master (Engineering Data Management Specialist) (Jira/Confluence/eazyBI): Supporting engineering and software development teams through engineering data management, Agile methodologies, reporting, dashboards, and Atlassian tool administration with an accent on Jira metrics, data integration, and lifecycle processes. Focus on facilitating Scrum events, analyzing complex engineering data, integrating tools with JavaScript, and removing impediments across distributed stakeholder groups.
Location: Bucharest, Romania. Occasional travel within and outside Romania may be required.

What you will do
- Set up, support, maintain, and administer Atlassian tools, standards, processes, and deliverables.
- Define engineering data management deliverables and supporting lifecycle processes aligned with project and engineering needs.
- Develop data-gathering and analysis policies, create reports, and build interactive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Visualize and analyze Jira metrics for Agile and Kanban methodologies using JQL, eazyBI with MDX, and Excel VBA.
- Facilitate Scrum events, implement Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile approaches, and remove team impediments.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations while collaborating with engineers, project managers, and work package managers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of overall experience in IT or a technical system engineering domain.
- Experience with Agile or project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, eazyBI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data analysis, system integration, reporting, software development processes, or engineering processes.
- Knowledge of Jira JQL, eazyBI MDX, Confluence macros, JavaScript, or similar scripting tools.
- Experience administering or configuring Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or eazyBI.
- Fluent English is required. Strong communication skills are needed for collaboration with stakeholders and teams, often remotely.
