TL;DR
Procurement Professional (Procurement/Supply Chain): Supporting purchasing, sourcing, pricing analysis, supplier selection, and contract or purchase order generation with an accent on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and logistics management. Focus on developing QCLDM improvement plans, analyzing procurement processes, and supporting strategic purchasing initiatives.
Location: Wuxi, Jiangsu, China; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available.

What you will do
- Process requisitions and support purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost and price analyses.
- Generate and maintain contracts and purchase orders.
- Develop improvement plans for response time, lean targets, quality, cost, logistics, development and management.
- Analyze and maintain assigned procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support customer proposals with pricing information and supplier selection.
- Perform analytical and administrative work for strategic purchasing initiatives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing policies, regulations and processes.
- Ability to gather and analyze data for strategic business decisions.
- Analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of project management strategies and tactics.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and purchasing applications.
- Understanding of logistics management and the movement of goods and materials.
