Senior Financial Analyst (Commercial)

Location: Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, United States; primarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities

What you will do

• Partner with commercial sales and marketing leaders to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Evaluate business opportunities and capital investments using IRR, NPV, and payback analyses.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, financial statement review, account reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Lead and support annual budgeting and forecasting to improve financial predictability.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects that support business performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using financial analysis to influence business decisions.
• Strong business and financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and build effective relationships.
• Ability to obtain a passport and travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, CPA, or CMA designation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Hyperion.
