Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid work with a minimum onsite expectation of three days per week

What you will do

• Analyze products, processes, and large datasets to identify opportunities that improve customer experience and profitability.
• Create in-depth quantitative analyses and recommendations for stakeholders and senior executives.
• Build, maintain, and automate reporting that supports business strategies and segment performance.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new products and analytical solutions.
• Communicate insights and visualizations using Tableau while collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, engineering, computer information systems, or another quantitative STEM field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data, financial, or strategic analytics.
• Strong statistical, problem-solving, reporting, and business decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL, Snowflake, and extensive Excel-based analysis.
• Experience managing multiple project streams and developing value-added business strategies.
