What you will do

Work a four-team, two-shift rotating schedule covering day and night shifts.
Execute preventive maintenance for production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
Implement equipment improvement projects.
Develop and standardize maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting documentation.
Apply Six Sigma skills to support production troubleshooting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline preferred.
At least 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.
Documentation, computer, and presentation skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
Availability for rotating day and night shifts at the Hsinchu site.
