What you will do

• Own the club’s commercial performance, client delivery, client satisfaction, and account development.
• Lead strategic relationships with key accounts and advise C-suite and director-level clients.
• Shape client growth strategies, value propositions, commercial deals, and market presence.
• Manage the club’s P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
• Build an engaged, inclusive environment that supports development and high performance.
• Promote hirify.global’s operating model, brand, culture, and values.

Requirements

• Strong commercial and business development expertise with experience leading client accounts.
• Ability to advise senior executives, lead strategic conversations, and build trusted relationships.
• Experience managing commercial performance, revenue, margins, budgets, and operational delivery.
• Confident decision-making in ambiguous and complex environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and multidisciplinary leadership skills.
