What you will do

• Lead the club's strategic, commercial, operational, and client performance.
• Own key accounts, executive relationships, account health, and long-term client value.
• Advise C-suite and director-level clients, shape opportunities, and connect AND's services to business outcomes.
• Create and deliver client growth strategies, develop value propositions, secure commercial deals, and expand market relationships.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
• Champion culture, engagement, capability development, and high performance across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Strong commercial and business development expertise with experience managing client accounts and commercial performance.
• Ability to lead strategic conversations with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
• Confident decision-making and accountability when navigating ambiguity, complexity, and pressure.
• Clear communication, trusted client relationships, pragmatic problem-solving, and outcome-focused leadership.
• Ability to foster psychological safety, inclusion, learning, engagement, and growth.
• Willingness to combine commercial expertise with technology-enabled solutions and capability development.
