Chief Executive Officer (B2B SaaS HR Tech): Leading the growth, strategy, P&L, culture, and overall performance of product-led HR tech and workforce management SaaS brands with an accent on marketing, product, operational excellence, and leadership development. Focus on building scalable go-to-market engines, managing multiple complementary brands, applying AI pragmatically, and expanding German-market businesses internationally.
Location: 100% remote; work from wherever you like. The role initially focuses on the German market.

acquires and scales B2B SaaS companies, providing portfolio leaders with operational support, resources, and an experienced remote network.
What you will do
- Lead one or more HR tech and workforce management SaaS brands through their next stage of growth and scale.
- Own brand strategy, growth, P&L, culture, and overall business performance.
- Sharpen the product, drive acquisition and activation, and build a scalable marketing- and product-led go-to-market engine.
- Build budgets, track KPIs, optimize ROI, and improve operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team while establishing succession plans.
- Identify disruptive trends, including AI, test new business models, and potentially take on additional complementary brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS HR tech company, ideally in a product-led business.
- Strong operational and commercial background with experience growing products and teams.
- Marketing and product leadership strengths, including experience increasing user adoption and revenue.
- Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
- Experience with organizational transformation, process improvements, and operational standardization.
- Fluent German and strong English; international experience or ambitions are advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple brands or business lines simultaneously.
- International experience beyond the DACH market.
- Additional language skills.
